Welcome to Breakiron Jewelers website. This is your opportunity to visit our store from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. As the working owner of Breakiron Jewelers, it is a privilege to help my clientele choose a piece of jewelry that will become a part of their lives.
Breakiron Jewelers has held a reputation of honesty and integrity since 1964, and being the second generation I have continued to hold these values. I have enjoyed actively working within, and developing Breakiron Jewelers as your family jeweler since 1981. In 2001 I became the sole owner.
I have diamond certification through GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and have received extensive training through IJO (Independent Jewelers Organization), the largest jewelry buying group in the world. As a Master IJO Jeweler, we are able to stay on the cutting edge of the fashion trends, in addition to knowing what works for our traditional clients.
Jewelry is a fabulous way to express how much you care for a person. My goal for Breakiron Jewelers is to help create a WOW moment for every customer. This is a lofty goal, but everyone at Breakiron Jewelers enjoys getting to know those who come in. Each person is more than just a customer; they become part of our family. Our Policies
Layaway
We offer a three month layaway plan. We require a 30% deposit of the total purchase including tax. Payments thereafter should be made monthly. Alterations & adjustments, such as sizing, may be made one week prior to payoff.
Financing
We always offer 90 days same as cash to qualifying individuals. Breakiron Jewelers offers financing through G.E Money Bank (Jewelers Accent). We often run different interest rates and specials during our events.
Gift Cards
We offer gift cards in any denomination. Should you desire, we will box, gift wrap and ship or hold for pick up. Shipping charges may apply.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days store credit will be offered at the discretion of the owner.
All refunds must be in new, unworn condition and accompanied by original receipt or a copy of it.
We do not offer returns or refunds on special orders, custom made or sale items.
Any item needing polished will be subject to a $35 restocking fee.
Diamond Inspections
We recommend bringing us your diamond jeweler every 3 to 4 months for a regular clean and check. This will prevent any possible damage or loss of your stones. This service is free and performed by our trained and experienced jewelers.
Appraisals
We are happy to provide you with a free insurance appraisal of your purchase. Appraisals are performed by our Certified Appraiser trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
Custom Work
All custom jewelry work is non-refundable and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before the work begins. Full payment upon completion of work denotes complete satisfaction of client.

Jewelry Restyling
If you already own a piece of jewelry that has gone out of style and you want a fresh new look, bring it in to Breakiron Jeweler. Blend your ideas with those of our talented bench jewelers. You can be fully involved in the redesign of your new piece. Watch it evolve in a matter of days.
Jewelry Repair
We have two goldsmiths trained in many aspects of jewelry repair. We are able to repair almost any item. Setting stones is always done on premises.
Watches
Watch battery replacements are done on-site usually while you wait.
Pearl Restringing
Breakirons will clean then custom restring your favorite beads or pearl strands. We’ll even help you update the look if that is what you desire.
Hand Engraving
The art of hand engraving is becoming a rare ability these days. Let us engrave your special memento so that it can be appreciated for years to come.
Wish Lists
Our customers are able to make wish lists so family and friends know exactly what you’ve been wanting for you next special occasion. We also have the ability to track past purchases to help coordinate future purchases.
Custom Design
Custom Jewelry is a specialty here at Breakiron Jewelers. In this fast paced world of point, click and wear we still have the distinct ability to slow things down a step and literally start with pencil sketches, move on through carving waxes, all the way to your magnificent, one of a kind treasure.
